Ursula…rock on! LoVe her!
ReplyDeleteYou are stinkin' hilarious! I love reading your blog. :) How do you do the "Currently" and "10 Things About Me" type graphics. I've seen those in a couple places and am intrigued if it's a form, or if you made. Please share!
ReplyDeleteI am a new follower of your blog, and I love it! I teach 4th in Louisiana. What state are you in?
ReplyDeleteI also only subscribe to Showtime during summer months just so that I can watch BBAD! Starting back to school each year really interferes with my Big Brother time! hahaha
I just came across your art project "Shine" on pinterest and now I am a follower. I have also been teaching for 10 years and currently landed in the 4th grade. I am so excited to try the art project, but have a few questions to ask. Is there an email address on your page so I can ask a few questions?
ReplyDeletelove your blog! :-)

Super fun blog you've got here, I'm glad I happened upon it! And small world, this is my second year teaching 4th grade after a bazillion years in 3rd grade. And further small world, I'm also in AZ with this crazy business of school starting the beginning of August. So not a California thing . . .
ReplyDeleteI think we may have been separated at birth! I am so glad I found your blog. I taught fourth grade and now have the ultimate (GASP) challenge of being an instructional coach.YIPE.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your brilliance with us!
WAHHHHH....I am so sad! I can't figure out how to join in with all your cool "Currently" link ups...how do I do it? Can you tell I am SO NEW to the blogging world? Is there a "hint" anywhere on your website?
ReplyDeleteSigh.

So, I finally figured out the linky party thing, but CANNOT figure out how to write on your image. I know I'm missing something, but what is it? LIke Meg, the above poster, I am new to blogging as well. I love your blog, and I started following you today! I figure things out a little more each day, and I'm becoming addicted!

Hi Farley! I just wanted to take a moment and PROPERLY thank you for your Currently. It was my first LINKY to every complete (and not like I've done a lot, now I'm up to TWO). I appreciate your work for teachers across the country. I think you are brave to let your hairdresser to what-eva to your do! That scares me! I also married my high school sweetheart. We have been married 8 and have no kids yet... but hopefully soon. I can't wait much longer! Did I read somewhere that you are from Michigan and found yourself in Texas or am I making that up? Any way... thanks for what you do!

I am new to blogging and have seen your Currently on quite a few other teacher blogs i follow and wanted to join in on the fun. So I tried to add my link and totally f....ed it up. My name is now on there instead of my blog name. No idea how to fix it, sigh. Love your blog and even though most of what you are teaching is irrelevant to me (I will be teaching students on the Autism spectrum who are fairly low level), you have a sense of humor I totally find hilarious. Looking forward to reading more. Hope they clean out all the opossum slime, I don't think any of us can top that one.
